We use the information we collect to: • Facilitate your luxury shopping experiences and connect you with Chasers • Process payments and issue virtual cards for authorized purchases • Communicate session updates, booking confirmations, and support messages • Personalize your in-app experience based on style preferences • Improve the reliability, safety, and quality of our platform • Comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud • Send transactional and service-related communications (we do not send marketing SMS without your explicit consent)
By providing your phone number, you may receive SMS messages related to your active bookings, delivery confirmations, and account security. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at legal@theluxurychaser.com. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS communications are limited to service-related notifications.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: • Assigned Chasers: Your name, style preferences, and session details are shared with the Chaser assigned to your experience. • Payment Processors: Stripe and Lithic process payments on our behalf under their own privacy policies. • Service Providers: Trusted vendors (hosting, analytics, email delivery) who process data solely on our instructions. • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting legal@theluxurychaser.com. Note that certain records may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes even after account deletion.
